Midnight City stands on the shore of the river in a lovely place and shines through the night. If you decided to visit the city, you better do it at night - the city looks astonishing. All needs of the average man will be satisfied: hospital, hotels, restaurants - all infrastructure built to serve people. Keep in mind that the map is very big and the buildings are very close to each other, so it may cause lags on low-end devices.
