Spinosaurus are real dinosaurs. While the mod is in beta testing. You will only get 3 creatures, they will have custom sounds, textures and animations. But so far there is no special behavior or opportunities to tame them. In the future, the author promises to improve the mod if you like it. And add new features to the mobs.
